Low noise quantum cascade laser AQCL500MA410 is the first new product launched by Analog Technologies, Inc. in 2019.
The AQCL500MA410 is a chassis-mounted electronic module designed for driving quantum cascade lasers (QCLs). It provides ultra low noise current while still maintaining a wide modulation bandwidth. There is a good control loop indication pin LPGD and an output current monitoring pin LIO to monitor the working state of the laser driver.
This QCL driver can be widely used in radar, medical diagnostics, spectroscopy, chemical analysis, general measurement systems and other fields.
