Sales Policies

1. ATI warrants product performance for one year from the sales date, adhering to applicable specifications, excluding excessive abuse. Faulty products within this timeframe will be exchanged free of charge.

2. ATI retains the right to modify or discontinue products or services without prior notice. We recommend customers to verify the latest information and ensure its accuracy and completeness before placing orders.

3. All product sales are governed by the terms and conditions provided in the order acknowledgment, encompassing warranty, patent infringement, and liability limitations. ATI employs appropriate testing and quality control measures to support this warranty. While not all parameters are individually tested, except as required by government regulations, the overall quality assurance process is upheld.

4. Customers bear responsibility for their applications utilizing ATI products and components. To mitigate risks associated with these applications, it is crucial for customers to implement adequate design and operating safeguards, minimizing inherent or procedural hazards. Please note that ATI does not assume liability for applications assistance or customer product design.

5. ATI does not provide any express or implied licenses under its patent rights, copyrights, mask work rights, or other intellectual property rights for any combination, machine, or process in which our products or services are used. The publication of information about third-party products or services by ATI does not signify our approval, warranty, or endorsement of them.

6. ATI retains ownership of all rights associated with the special technologies, techniques, and designs integrated into our products. This encompasses electronics hardware, software, firmware, mechanics, optics, and any related modifications, improvements, or inventions developed by ATI for our products and projects.

Return Policies

1. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to provide excellent customer service. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please follow the guidelines below, and we will gladly assist you with the return process.

2.If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of the received date for a full refund or exchange (shipping charges not included). We may request evidence of the products' technical flaws to assist with the assessment.

3. For a refund, returned items must be unopened, in new condition, and include all original components and packaging. Please note that we cannot accept returns for controllers with soldered pins, such as laser drivers and TEC controllers.

4. To expedite your return, please contact us at 408-7489100 to obtain an RMA number before shipping the product back to us.

5. You are responsible for the return shipping cost in addition to the original shipping fees.

6. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Once we receive the returned items in their original good condition, we will issue a refund for 80% of the product cost, excluding the original shipping fee.
