Total energy dissipated in Qhigh and Qlow = (Vbus-Vout_avg)•CIoad •ΔVout + Vout_avg •CIoad •ΔVout
                                = CIoad •Vbus•ΔVout
For repeated pulses;
Total power dissipated in Qhigh and Qlow = CIoad •Vbus•ΔVout•frequency
