MCH is short for Metal Ceramic Heater, a ceramic heating element in which a metal paste is printed on a ceramic casting body, laminated by hot pressing, and then sintered by ceramics and metal at 1600 °C or a higher temperature. This heat features corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, long service life, high efficiency, energy saving, uniform temperature, good thermal conductivity, fast thermal compensation, etc. Moreover, it does not contain harmful substances such as lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, polybrominated diphenyl ethers, etc., in line with EU RoHS and other environmental requirements.
MCH ceramic heater is a new type of high efficiency environmental protection and energy-saving ceramic heating element. Compared with PTC ceramic heating element, it can save 20~30% of energy with the same heating effect.
