Sales Term

1. For all shipments, we are not responsible for shipping losses or damages. Per customer's request, we can buy insurance at customer's cost.

2. For the Mode-Hop-Free Laser Module product, it can be returned within 30 days upon receiving without restocking fee, provided that none of seals for the screws on the laser is broken and there is no damage caused by excessive abuses, such as not following the instructions in the datasheets, dropping, using wrong power suppliers, placing the laser into a too high temperature environment, etc. We provide one-year warranty (free parts and labor) for any defects. The warranty will be voided if any of the seals is broken and/or if the laser is damaged by the abuses listed above. Shipping fee are non-refundable, we do not reimburse return postage fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. For all other products, the purchase can only be returned for exchange due to defects in the products within 3 months. Before shipping defective products back to us, contact us for further instruction and an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We are not responsible for any damages caused by not following the instruction in the data sheet. Special orders (for example: TEC Controller with customer' s temperature ranges) and surface mount parts can not be returned or exchanged.

4. We are not responsible for any damages caused by using our products.
