The ASOA1550N15D25GBT is a 1550 nm Semiconductor Optical Amplifier (SOA) in a butterfly package. It provides 25 dB small signal gain, up to 13–15 dBm output power, and a noise figure of 7–9 dB at 250 mA operating current. With low PDG (≤2.0 dB), 100 nm gain bandwidth, and built-in TEC for stable operation from -10°C to +70°C, it delivers reliable amplification with total power consumption of ~4 W.
