Digital TEC/Fan Controller

The ATFC106D is a digital TEC/fan controller designed for regulating enclosed chamber temperature by driving a TEC (Peltier) array and a cooling-fan array. When the chamber temperature exceeds its preset safety window, the controller opens an integrated AC-mains relay to cut off upstream power. Used in test chambers, biotech and pharmaceutical cold storage, semiconductor reliability ovens, and laboratory thermal enclosures.
