This Peltier controller has high efficiency, high accuracy, high reliability, etc. Because of the above advantages, TEC5V4A-DPeltier controller has been widely utilized to drive
TEC (

The maximum output current of TEC5V4A-D Peltier controller is 4A and its maximum output voltage isVPS-0.2V. Due to being packaged in a sixsided metal enclosure, TEC5V4A-D Peltier controller has zero EMI so that it can avoid the interference between the controller and other electronics. This Peltier controller provides two packaging methodsavailable, SMT package and DIP package.Using TEC5V4A-D Peltier controller，multiple functions can be realized, suchasthermistor T-R curve linearization, temperature measurement and monitoring, temperature control loop status indication, TEC voltage monitoring, power up delay, and shut down.
