1.Epoxy resin sealing thermistor

All polymer compounds that have epoxy groups are collectively known as epoxy resin. After curing, epoxy resin has good physical and chemical properties and it has excellent bonging strength for the surfaces of metal and nonmetal materials. What’s more, it also has some advantages of good dielectric properties, small shrinkage rate, good product size stability, high hardness and good flexibility.

This sealing thermistor is a kind of advanced thermistors. Currently, electronic products with high precision and sensitivity requirements are always using the epoxy resin thermistor.

2.Glass sealing thermistor

When comparing with traditional sealing forms, this thermistor has higher temperature resistance, more moisture resistance and stronger structure, so it is easy to install. However, because of the limits of reaction time and precision and the effect of volume, electron products don’t usually use this sealing form.

3.SMD thermistor

Film is a special physical form. The size in the particular direction of its thickness is very small. Due to the presence of surface and interface in the direction of thickness, material continuity is interrupted, and the film material produces a unique performance that is different from the bulk material.

The reaction time and heat sensitivity is very quick, which is suitable for computer, printer, and household electric devices and so on.
