Our main products include TEC controllers, laser drivers, TEC module, thermistors, high voltage power supply and so on. Now I will introduce a low noise constant current laser driver ATLSxA106. There are 2 models: ATLS250mA106 and ATLS500mA106. Two kinds of packaging are available: DIP through hole package and SMT surface mount type.
The ATLSxA106 series laser drivers have ultra low output noise, compact size, and current limit protection. If the temperature of laser driver exceeds the preset limit (120°C), the driver will be shut down by itself to prevent the driver from being damaged by overheating. The output current of ATLSxA106 can be linearly set by the input voltage and can also be modulated by external signals up to 100kHz. The laser driver also has temperature compensation network so that the output current stays the same even as the controller temperature increases.

The internal block diagram shows that the laser driver provides these the functions: laser current limit, laser current monitoring, over temperature protection, loop good indication, soft start, standby, and shut down.
