ATFLD1W830 is a fiber coupled laser diode module, which is designed and used in printing, medical laser treatment, and many other applications. This laser diode module can output 1W power with 830nm center wavelength.

Through special micro optics, this laser diode module can transform asymmetric radiation from laser diode chip into the fiber with small core diameter. The recommended case temperature is 25°C. The temperature coefficient of wavelength is 0.3nm/°C. The typical threshold current is 180mA. The type operating current is 1.5A. The operating voltage is 2V. The fiber core diameter is 50um or 60um.

There are some notes during operation:

Avoid eye exposure to direct or scattered radiation. ESD precautions must be taken. Use constant current power supply, avoid surge current. Laser diode must be used according to the specifications. Laser diode must work with good cooling. A minimum bend diameter should be 300 times greater than the fiber diameter. Operation temperature is 10°C ~ 30°C. Storage: −40°C ~ +80°C, all pins short-circuit.
