Our company (
ATI) has many kinds of high stability miniature
thermistors, which can be used for temperature control of
TEC controller, as shown in Figure 1. Thermistors produced by us have high reliability, high resistance accuracy, long service lifetime and some other advantages.

ATH10K1R25 series thermistor is a product of our company, which can be used to sense the temperatures for laser diodes, optical components and so on. When temperature is at 25°C, its resistance value is 10K. It uses glass encapsulation, and comparing with traditional epoxy packaged thermistors, it provides higher long-term stability and a wider range of temperature. What’s more, it has a more compact size and a shorter responding time. The outside glass coating makes it has a low drift.
In addition, this series thermistor has two insulation versions available, leads covered by high temperature plastic tubing and sealing between the head and the tubing.
