We have a series of laser drivers that meet different design requirements: Ultra low noise laser drivers, high efficiency laser drivers, and dual channel mode laser drivers. The current of ultra low noise laser drivers is relatively small, and come with 100mA, 200mA, 250mA, 500mA, 1A and other current to choose from. The high efficiency laser drivers come with up to 6A current and 10A current under developement. The dual channel mode can drive N-channel or P- channel diode lasers respectively.
The ATLS250MA106 is designed for driving diode lasers with up to 250mA extra low noise current. When the power supply voltage is 5V, the output voltage is 1.5V to 4V. It has a very small package with a 6 sided metal enclosure to prevent the controller and other electronics from interfering with each other. There are two kinds of packaging: DIP and surface mount. The ATLS250ML106 has some functions, such as, shut down control, current limit, loop good indication, over-temperature protection and so on.
The evaluation board ATLS1A103DEV1.0 is designed to evaluate the functions for extra low noise laser drivers conveniently. The ATLS250MA106 can collocate with the Evaluation Board ATLS1A103DEV1.0. This Evaluation Board is also compatible with ATLS100MA103, ATLS200MA103, ATLS250MA103, ATLS500MA103, ATLS1A103 and ATLS500MA104 and so on.
