The maximum output current of this TEC controller is 6A, and the maximum output voltage is power supply voltage minus 0.3V. This TEC controller comes with a low noise high stability voltage reference of 3.0V, that can be used to set the designed temperature by using a POT or DAC. This controller has a metal case outside the internal components and has a compact size, 25.4*19.9*4.5mm. There are two packaging version, DIP through hole package and SMT surface mount package for different applications.
