The ATE1-TCHE (Thermal Cycling High Efficiency) series combines the long-life fatigue-resistant construction of our standard thermal cycling line with substantially higher coefficient of performance (COP) — meaning they pump the same amount of heat while drawing significantly less input power.
The result is a Peltier module that survives repeated on/off cycling and runs cool enough to use in battery-powered, fanless or thermally-constrained designs. This series is the right choice when both reliability under cycling and electrical efficiency matter — for example portable analytical instruments, hand-held laser systems, energy-budget-constrained automotive optics, or compact medical devices.
