Circular (Ring-Shaped) Thermoelectric Cooler Modules with Center Through-Hole

Analog Technologies offers regular temperature circular TEC modules — ring-shaped Peltier thermoelectric coolers with a center through-hole, designed to allow an optical beam, fiber, or laser package to pass straight through the cooler without obstruction. These donut-shaped TEC modules are widely used to thermally stabilize:

TO-can laser diodes (TO-3, TO-5, TO-8, TO-9, TO-46, TO-56, TO-66 packages)
Photodetectors and avalanche photodiodes (APDs)
Circular optical sub-assemblies, collimator housings, fiber-coupled emitters
Compact opto-electronic modules where a center clearance is required

Both series listed below are regular temperature TEC modules: internal solder melting point 135 °C, maximum allowed TEC surface temperature 125 °C.
