Our main products include TEC controllers, laser drivers, TEC module, thermistors, high voltage power supply and so on. Now I will introduce a low noise constant current laser driver ATLSxA103. There are 5 models: ATLS100MA103, ATLS200MA103, ATLS250MA103, ATLS500MA103 and ATLS1A103.
The ATLSxA103 series is an electronic module designed for driving diode lasers. The ATLSxA103 series laser drivers have ultra low output noise, compact size, and two kinds of packaging are available: DIP and SMT. The output current of the ATLSxA103 can be linearly set by the input voltage and can also be modulated by external signals up to 1MHz. The driver has temperature compensation network so that the output current stays the same even as the controller temperature increases.

The internal block diagram shows that the laser driver provides these the functions: laser current limit, laser current monitoring, over temperature protection, loop good indication, soft start, standby, and shut down. Please check the application notes for more information on these features:
