ATI developed a new super kits enclosure SK200 recently. It has 200 compartments for enclosing SMT components. Usually the R&D departments of electronic companies and production lines will use some chip components, such as chip resistors, capacitors, inductors, diodes, LEDs, ICs, etc. These components are very small and difficult to store. This SK200 can hold small size components even down to 0201. These small size components will not be leaked out even when we shake the box or drop it on the ground.
The Super Kits Enclosure has an Ultra slim design and withstands over 100kg. We use PP eco-friendly material for the Super Kits Enclosure. The Super Kits Enclosure measures only 12.2"(L) × 9.5"(W) × 1.6"(H) or 309mm(L) × 242mm(W) × 40mm(H), thus they can be placed on workbenches or shelves easily. I think one of the best features of this box is that the top cover can be fixed in a certain angle, which saves the space. There are two rows of grooves on the top of the box that allow stacking of multiple enclosures. The Enclosure has 200 individually lidded compartments. The lid of compartment using ergonomic design is very comfortable to operate. We provide some labels for easy labeling, handwriting or printing.
