Long life TEC modules refer to those that are designed for thermal cycling applications, i.e. frequent changes between heating up and cooling down. It is not practical for standard TEC modules since the life time will be largely reduced. This long life TEC module has much longer operational life than standard TEC in terms of thermal cycling application, thus it can be also called thermal cycling TEC module.
This thermal cycling TEC module comes with a maximum input voltage of 9V. There are two models in this ATE1-TC-71 series, one is with maximum current of 5.5A, and the other 7.8A, thus power ratings are different. The maximum temperature difference of the former is 74.5°C and the latter 72.5°C. The physical photo is shown in below.
TEC modules often work with our TEC controllers, which control the TEC modules in a stable and efficient temperature regulating system.
