Thermoelectric cooler series ATE1-288 has a largest maximum input voltage, 35V, which allows a maximum current getting through the TEC modules from 6A to 20A. This series TEC modules are all sealed between the two ceramic plates, which extends the service life of the TEC modules by preventing moisture from getting into the inner part of the TEC modules.
For this series TEC modules, the maximum temperature difference it can attain is 68°C. Different current options result in different power ratings, so are the prices.
