ATE1-63 series thermoelectric coolers have 63 pairs of Peltier elements with a maximum input voltage of 8V. This series TEC modules are designed for heating up and cooling down objects in a wide temperature range, up to 200°C. TEC modules can be applied in solid state lasers, optical components, bio-tech testing benches, etc.

There are several options for the maximum current, from 1.9A to 6A, which results in different power ratings. The maximum temperature difference can be 63°C, 67°C, or 74.5°C. In addition, there are sealing versions in this series. Some TEC modules are sealed between the two ceramic plates in order to prevent moisture entering into the Peltier elements. And some TEC modules are non-sealed, which have higher efficiency. In order to have a good thermal contacts between the TEC surface and the target object, it's better to metalize the TEC surface and then solder it into the target object.

Usually, TEC modules can work with thermistors, TEC controller, and heat sink to build a highly stable temperature regulation system.
