ATLS250MA106 is one of laser diode driver designed and manufactured in Analog Technologies, Inc. This laser driver comes with low output noise and high output current absolute accuracy. It can be used for driving laser diodes, such as DPSSL, EDFA, SOA, fiber laser, etc.
This laser diode driver has a maximum output current of 250mA with low noise. The noise value is 4.5µVP-P at 0.1Hz to 10Hz. This output current can be linearly set by an input voltage, or modulated by an external signal of up to 100kHz in bandwidth, which results in a minimum 1.5μS rise and fall time at the output current. Moreover, it is packaged in a metal enclosure which blocks EMI from other electronics. The size of this laser driver is compact, which saves space and energy. This laser driver can be used in a wide temperature range, from −40 ~ 85°C.
