ATLS500MA103 is a laser diode driver with a maximum current up to 500mA. This laser driver comes with low noise, 5µAP-P at 0.1Hz to 10Hz. The power supply voltage is 5V, and the output voltage range is from 1.5V to 4V. Since the heat generated by this laser driver is <1W, so there is no need to provide a heat sink for this laser driver.
This laser diode driver has a metal enclosure with six sides, which blocks EMI from other electronics. Moreover, this laser driver has a compact size that can save space for most applications and designs. There are two packages, DIP package and SMT package, among which DIP package laser driver can be evaluated by our evaluation board, ATLS1A103DEV1.0. This evaluation board can only evaluate DIP package laser driver.
