Analog Technologies, Inc. has just launched a new micro TEC controller, TEC14M5V3R5AS, whose volume is only 14mm*14mm*2.2mm, in QFN package (Quad Flat No-lead Package). The maximum output voltage and output current are 5V/3.5A. It can be used to drive TEC modules, such as thermoelectric coolers, with superior electrical performance, reliable mechanical performance, and long-term stability.
In order to facilitate testing and operation, the evaluation board of TEC14M5V3R5AS is in the testing phase and will be available on the website soon. Stay tuned.
